Stride needs read access to your Strava activities to build coaching around your real running history. You connect Strava from the app after you sign in.
If Strava shows an error such as “Limit of connected athletes exceeded” while you authorise the app, that is a limit set by Strava on our API application. We request quota increases from Strava as we grow. If you hit this screen, wait until we announce higher capacity, or email support@runstri.de so we know you were blocked.
For empty feeds or sync issues after a successful connection, email us with approximate dates and what you expected to see. Heavy usage should still respect Strava rate limits; we use webhooks for updates rather than polling your account constantly.
To report a security vulnerability privately, use GitHub Security Advisories for this repository, or email security@runstri.de. Please do not post exploit details in public issues.
